1. Acceptance of Terms & Apple EULA

By downloading, installing, or using the Lumio application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Furthermore, your use of the App is subject to the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). By using Lumio, you explicitly agree to the terms outlined in the Apple Standard EULA.

2. Medical Disclaimer (CRITICAL)

LUMIO IS NOT A HEALTHCARE PROVIDER OR MEDICAL DEVICE. The AI-generated insights, reframes, and mood tracking are for self-reflection purposes only and do not constitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for mental health concerns.

3. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions (App Store Rules)

Lumio offers an optional "Lumio Pro" subscription for advanced AI insights. The following terms apply to all Apple App Store subscriptions:

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, identifying the cost of the renewal.
You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from attempting to reverse-engineer the app, misuse the AI capabilities, or input content that is illegal or highly abusive.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with your use of Lumio shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey.
